Officer Narrative
Narrative
Officer R. Smith notifed me by phone that she had been in a low speed non-injury single vehicle collision in the
parking lot of Philip Arnold Park, and had struck a pole. She advised the pole was not damaged, and there was
minor damage to the passenger side rear quarter panel of her patrol vehicle. She took a photograph of the
damage which was later uplaoded to evidence.com per training.
I reached out to RPD Traffic Investigations and was advised a SECTOR report was not necessary for this type
of collision. Officer R. Smith completed an Origami City Property Form. Her narrative about the event reads as
follows: "
"Drove between 2 poles to get from the east side
of Philip arnold to the west side to back other
units on a call. Damage above the rear
passenger wheel and rear passenger door."
