Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King,WA.
On 07-09-2025 at approximately 1702 hours I was dispatched to a two-vehicle collision near the
intersection of NW 2nd St/Hardie Ave SW. I arrived at approximately 1731 hours and met with both
drivers.
Unit 1 was exiting a nearby plot, 200 SW Langston Rd,tried to complete a U-turn and did not yield to unit
2 who was traveling southbound on Hardie Ave SW. Unit 2 had cosmetic damage to the front driver
corner and unit 1 had cosmetic damage to the front passenger corner. Neither driver complained of
injury,there was no airbag deployment, and the vehicles were drivable. Unit 1 did not have proof of
insurance on scene but provided it within a few hours of the incident to my email. I provided both parties
with the case number. Nothing further.
During this incident it is likely my body-worn and/or in-car camera was recording audio and video.This
report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire
investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system.
