Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 07-12-2025 at approximately 1149 hours I was dispatched to SE 128th St and 158th AVE SE for a collision.
Dispatch advised that a vehicle struck a deer and the deer was deceased.
I arrived and observed the deceased deer off the north side of the roadway.The involved vehicle, WA/
A8470093 had sustained minor front-end damage.The driver, Rachael R. Gayton (12-10-1998),was identified
via WA DOL photo. I gathered that the vehicle was travelling westbound in lane 2 when the deer jumped out
into the roadway and was struck by the vehicle.
I provided Gayton with my card and the Renton Police case number.
Animal Control Officer Wilkinson was notified of the deceased deer and responded to the scene.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and
correct.
