ASSIGNMENT
On 07/12/2025 at approximately 0011 hours, I was dispatched to a phone report of a hit and run collision
to an attended vehicle that occurred in the intersection of 108th Avenue SE and SE Petrovitsky Road in
the city of Renton, King County,Washington.
VICTIM INTERVIEW:SEMAKULA, BETTY
I spoke with the victim/reporting party, Betty Semakula (DOB: 09/15/1973), by phone.The following is a
summary of our conversation:
On 7/11/2025 at approximately 2300 hours, Betty drove her vehicle, a black 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee
(WA/BOY4618), north on 108th Avenue SE toward SE Petrovitsky Road. Betty entered the intersection on
a solid, circular green traffic signal.
An unknown green pickup truck traveling west on SE Petrovitsky Road failed to stop at the intersection at
108th Avenue SE.The truck entered the intersection to turn right(north)onto 108th Avenue SE, striking
Betty's vehicle's passenger doors as she was in the intersection.
Betty pulled off the road to wait for the driver to meet her, but he fled north on Benson Drive S.The driver
never stopped to contact Betty.
DISPOSITION
Betty cannot identify the vehicle or the driver.
Return to file.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
