Adjust temporary fencing. Bring it away from ROW in areas that it is too close. Add barbed
wire to the top. Any new fence sections will be the same material as the current fence. The
fence is a portable chain link fence with clamps to attach sections. When possible, fence
posts will be driven into the soil, blocks will be used for the remaining supports.
