The Client authorizes Graham Baba Architects to perform the following Additional Services: 1. Update the Construction Documents to reflect the modifications noted in item A above. 2. Additional project coordination and administration. 3. Extension of schedule by 2 weeks. 4. Coordination with GBA subconsultant team. 5. GBA 10% Markup on Consultants $VVXPSWLRQV A minimum of (2) weeks will be required to complete the design from notice to proceed.
