Re: Routine Vegetation Management Permit Narrative
Dear Sirs,
I am a residential homeowner residing in the city of Renton since 1980. My address
is :
1224 N 28th PL
Lot 26, Block 12 C.D. HILLMAN'S LAKE WASHINGTION GARDEN OF EDEN ADDITION
NO 1., recorded in volume 11 of plats, page 63, in King County, Washington.
Residential zoning code R8, single family residential use.
Purpose:
Remove one (1) landmark red cedar tree as described in an Arborist report
(submitted separately). It is a high risk tree causing property damage. Removal will
be contracted to P&D Logging, Maple Valley. Project cost is estimated to be less
than $5000.
Reason:
My driveway a broken up by several roots of the tree. These roots need to be
removed in order to effectively replace the driveway and install a RV pad for
parking a trailer. This repair work has not been contracted or permitted yet.
Damage to the tree will be catastrophic to its health.
Impact:
The tree removal does not affect any city property and is not on or adjacent to any
steep slopes, wetlands or water bodies. No other construction or off-site
improvements are envisioned or impacted.
