Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting Wednesday, May 7, 2025. For the contractor and district, please provide an acknowledgement reply that you have thoroughly read through the
pre-con meeting notes and agree to all requirements. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed. Please let me know if you have any questions
or would like to make additions.
* Michael read the pre-con notes.
* Michael and Piero emphasized construction hours and calling in inspections.
* Discussed current scope of project, schedule, TESC installation and construction access.
* The project will need an onsite CESCL. Recommend beginning documenting TESC reports and DMR process since NPDES permit is active. All TESC items will need to be submitted to Michael
on a regular weekly or biweekly basis.
* Discussed dust control. Please reach out to developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov <mailto:developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov> to if you wish to rent a hydrant meter at any point.
Attached please find the issued civil construction permit with construction slated to begin next month.
