SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Placer Labs
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-333 with Placer
Labs, Inc. This Amendment authorizes the attached order form, in the below amounts, for a
two-year renewal of Placer Labs Software.Invoices will be paid annually.
Renewal Term 09/20/2025 – 09/19/2026: $38,855.38 ($35,227.00 plus tax)
Renewal Term 09/20/2026 – 09/19/2027: $40,808.79 ($36,998.00 plus tax)
Total over two years: $79,664.17
Placer Labs is a service used by Parks and CED that provides information on visitations,
demographics, and trend line data for events and locations.

AMENDMENT TO ORDER FORM
This Amendment to Order Form (this “Amendment”), dated as of June 3, 2025 (the “Amendment Date”),
modifies the Order Form executed by City of Renton, Washington (“Customer”) and Placer Labs, Inc.
(“Placer”) on or about September 20, 2023 (together with any other prior amendments thereto, the “Order
Form”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as in the Order Form.
Placer and Customer agree to amend the Order Form as follows:
1. The Term of the Order Form will be renewed for 24 months starting September 20, 2025
(“Renewal Date”).
2. Starting on the Renewal Date, the Annual License Fee will increase from $33,550 to $35,227.
3. Starting on September 20, 2026, the Annual License Fee will increase from $35,227 to $36,998.
4. Accordingly, Customer will receive the first annual invoice for this upcoming Additional Term
on the Renewal Date.
5. In all other respects, the Order Form shall remain in full force and effect.
