2. ALL WORK PERFORMED SHALL COMPLY WITH THESE GENERAL NOTES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
ON THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF CONDITIONS THEREOF.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INVESTIGATE VERIFY AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONDITIONS OF

11. ROOF OBSTRUCTIONS SUCH AS TELEVISION ANTENNA, OR GUY WIRES SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED

CONFIRMATION AND SUBSEQUENT CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF NEW FOUL POLES, BASE ANCHORS, AND
PLATES, SO THAT FIRST AND THIRD BASE LINES RESULT IN AN INTERNAL 90 DEGREE ANGLE, AND THAT LOCATION OF FOUL
POLES REPRESENT A TRUE EXTENSION OF EACH FOUL LINE.
3.RESTORE ALL DISTURBED NON-SURFACE PERIMETER AREAS.
4.FOUL POLES ARE LOCATED IN FAIR TERRITORY, COORDINATED WITH THE PLACEMENT OF HOME PLATE AT THE DISTANCES
INDICATED. OUTSIDE FACE OF BOTH POLES TO FORM A 90 DEGREE ANGLE WITH THE BACK OF HOME PLATE AT THE APEX.
5.NEW PAVING TO MEET AND MATCH FLUSH WITH EXISTING ADJACENT SURFACES WHERE INDICATED.
6.SEE ELECTRICAL SHEETS FOR CONDUIT TO SCOREBOARDS, LIGHTS AND POWER SUPPLY TO THE BATTING CAGES.
7.RESTORATION LIMIT SHOWN IS THE MINIMUM ANTICIPATED LIMIT OF DISTURBANCE. ANY ADDITIONAL DISTURBANCE CREATED
AS A RESULT OF THE CONTRACTORS WORK SHALL BE RESTORED AS DIRECTED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION EXCEPT
AS AGREED IN ADVANCE OF THE INITIAL DISTURBANCE. RESTORATION SHALL BE TO A LIKE CONDITION.
8.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY SYNTHETIC TURF SURFACING DIMENSIONS TO MATCH EXISTING FIELD AREA. SEE
SYNTHETIC TURF COMPOSITE PLAN AND LAYOUT PLANS & DETAILS FOR SYNTHETIC TURF LINES AND MARKINGS.
9.INSTALL NEW QUICK COUPLING VALVE IN TURFCOOL VALVE BOX.
10.COORDINATE FENCE POST LOCATIONS TO AVOID EXISTING OR PROPOSED UTILITIES.
11.FURNISH AND INSTALL DUGOUTS COMPLETE FOR THE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FIELDS.
12.REMOVE AND REPLACE THE LOWER 10' OF CHAIN LINK FENCE FABRIC BETWEEN THE ENDS OF THE DUGOUTS USING NEW 6
GAUGE GALVANIZED WIRE FABRIC.
13.PROVIDE NEW BACKSTOP BOARDS AND PADS AS SHOWN.
