HomeMy WebLinkAboutB25002225 ConditionsDEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Conditions for Permit B25002225 Building 1 All construction, demolition and land clearing waste must be recycled at a King County licensed or approved facility, or taken to Regional Disposal Facilities. 2 Ground Electrode System (either 1 or 2 are approved methods): 1. An electrode of at least 20 ft long bare copper, sized in accordance with NEC. 2. An electrode of 20 ft long #4 rebar (not less than 1/2 inch in diameter) and sized per NEC; either one shall be encased by at least 2 inches of concrete, located within and near the bottom of a concrete footing that is in direct contact with the Earth, and shall be installed in all new residential and commercial construction. 3 Approval for building permit only-separate approval and permits required for any mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, or hazardous materials system. 4 Erosion Control may be required upon inspection. 5 Commercial Alterations for food preparation, food service, or kitchen must have King County Health Department or State of Washington DOH Approved Plans onsite. 6 Building permits associated with a Code Enforcement case requires you to call for inspection within fifteen (15) calendar days of permit issuance. Respond to all correction notices within fifteen (15) calendar days of notice and call for re-inspection. 7 TREE PROTECTION MEASURES FOR ALL TREES IN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA OF A DEVELOPMENT SITE. THESE MEASURES INCLUDE: 1. 6 foot high chain link fences around the trees out to and including the drip line of the tree. 2. All the area within the fenced area needs a minimum of 3" of bark mulch. 3. Warning signs must also be included on the fence. 4. Construction activity, parking, and storage of materials and equipment is not allowed within the drip line (and therefore fenced) area of any tree. 5. The only new impervious surfaces allowed within the drip line of existing trees are those shown on approved building or construction plans, which typically should be limited to the new buildings, new driveways, new parking lots, new streets and new sidewalks. 8 Separate building permit(s) are required for all retaining walls and rockeries over four feet (4') in height measured from the bottom of the footing to the top of the wall or supporting a surcharge or impounding Class I, II, or III-A liquids 9 Instructions for Issued permits: 1. Print full~sized plan sheets in color for field inspector, plans must have text at 1/8" or larger for inspector, print conditions of approval and attach them to the approved set of plans for the inspector. 2. Hard copies of permit, approved plans, site plans, and conditions must remain on the job site for the inspector. Inspections will not take place if printed plans are not on site. 10 Separate building permit(s) are required for generator/tank pads, commercial solar panels, trash enclosure, signage, and walk-in cooler/freezer. 11 Authorized hours of construction/activity: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday; No work allowed on Sunday.
