Hi Nancy,
Thank you for taking the time to review the proposed Oasis Academy Center project at 4508 NE 4th St and for
providing your valuable comments. We have received your input and appreciate your thorough assessment of the
project’s potential impact on culturally significant areas.
We will forward your recommendation for an inadvertent discovery plan (IDP) to the applicant for their
implementation for any groundbreaking activity into native soil. We inform them of notifying you and offering
presence if archaeological work or monitoring occurs on-site. As for landscaping, native vegetation will be the
priority for implementation.
Your insights regarding the cultural significance of the project location and the potential presence of
archaeological deposits are duly noted. We understand and share your commitment to preserving cultural
archaeological resources.
