ASSIGNMENT
On 07/09/2025 at approximately 1624 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report by phone that
occurred on 7/6/2025 in the parking lot of Renton Nursing&Rehab Center, 80 SW 2nd Street in the city of
Renton, King County,Washington.
VICTIM INTERVIEW: LUBANDI, IMELDA C.
I spoke with the victim and reporting party, Imelda C. Lubandi (DOB: 06/03/1956), by phone.The
following is a summary of our conversation:
Imelda worked at the Renton Nursing&Rehab Center. On 7/6/2025 at approximately 2115 hours Imelda
parked her vehicle, a silver Cadillac SRX(WA/BAK8176), in the parking lot when she arrived for her shift.
Imelda came back to her vehicle around 2200 hours to move the vehicle to a more appropriate location,
since parking stalls freed up when dayshift employees left for the night. Imelda noticed the driver side
rear door had a "big dent" and a scratch.
Staff checked security footage and saw a 2013 Nissan Altima (WA/AKP6848)struck her vehicle in the
parking lot at approximately 2151 hours then drove away. Staff believed the driver of the Nissan was
visiting a resident in Room 18, Bed 2.
Imelda didn't have the security footage or the name of the person in Room 18, Bed 2 at the time of this
report.
DISPOSITION
This concluded my involvement in this case.
