Officer Narrative
Narrative
U1 was traveling north on Talbot Rd S approaching the intersection of S. Renton Villiage PI.
U2 was traveling south on the 1-405 off ramp, approaching the intersection of Talbot Rd S.
D1 said as he was approaching the intersection, the northbound traffic signal was solid green. As he entered
the intersection, U2 encroached his travel and he was unable to stop, colliding with U2.
D2 said as she was approaching the intersection of Talbot Rd S, the traffic signal was a green left turn arrow.
D2 said she intended to turn left onto Talbot Rd S but U1 encroach her travel path, colliding with U1.
Both vehicles sustained minor functionable damage. There were no independant witnesses to this collision, nor
were there any traffic cameras in the area that would have captured this collision. Therefor, I was unable to
determined who the primary causation of this collision.
D1 was issued a citation for No Insurance.
