Bidders shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting their bids. Bidders shall attach this Addendum No. 2 to their copy of the Contract Documents, and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by signing the Proposal Signature Page. A Proposal may be considered irregular and may be rejected if the receipt of Addenda is not acknowledged on the Proposal Signature Page. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: 1. CALL FOR BIDS - BID DUE DATE AND BID OPENING DATE Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the lobby of Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. All supplemental documents, that are allowed to be submitted after this date and time, shall be received at the lobby of Renton City Hall. The bids will be opened and publicly read via Zoom video-conferencing web application at 11:00 AM, on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Any bids received after the published bid submittal time cannot be considered and will not be accepted. ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT. CITY OF RENTON Robert M.
