120-day Closure of Houser Way North
between Lake Washington Boulevard North and Lowe's Business Delivery Access

The Transportation/Aviation Committee recommends concurrence in the staff
recommendation to adopt the resolution authorizing the 120-day Closure of Houser Way
North between Lake Washington Boulevard North and the Lowe's business delivery access
to occur between September 2, 2025, and December 31, 2025 for the purpose of
constructing the City of Renton watermain and improving storm drainage facilities
supporting the 1-405, Renton to Bellevue, Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project.
