Work Description: CITY OF RENTON WATER TREATMENT PLANT - INSTALLATION OF
PLATFORMS AND FALL RESTRAINT
Our records indicate Permit Number B14001248 will expire on August 03, 2016. Once your permit
expires, it will be necessary to obtain a new permit to complete any unfinished work.
If you simply need a final inspection please go to mybuildingpermit.com or call (425) 430-7202 and
schedule your inspection by midnight on the working day before you want the inspection. Please make
sure the final inspection is made prior to permit expiration.
An existing Building Permit may be renewed once, for a fee of 1/2 the original permit fee, provided the
permit has not already expired. Please fill out the attached Permit Extension Request Form and submit
to the Development Services Department when you request the extension. The permit renewal will be
good for one (1) year.
It is unlawful to perform construction work or to occupy any building without obtaining final inspection
and aooroval.
