SUBJECT: TALBOT HILL PROJECT- FINAL WALK THROUGH
Dear Dan:
On September 13, 2004, the City provided a detailed punch list of items that require your
attention in order to obtain the City's acceptance of the project.
The remaining items listed below must be completed in order to close out this project:
1. Seal all seams within project area with AR4000 (S. 16th Street, and various
locations as described in the original punch list);
2. Remove three (3) gate valve boxes in shoulder along Talbot Rd. S (adjacent to
chain link fence and roadway shoulder);
3. Repair or replace Storz Adapter on fire hydrant fronting 613 S. 16th Street; and
4. Provide As -Built data for alignment of main, location of all gate valves, tee's, fire
hydrants and tie-in connections.
Your immediate attention to these items is appreciated. Please call me at (425) 430-7208
to set a time to evaluate all requests for change orders you have.

notice. If they cannot obtain lien releases because you have not paid them, you
may use the dual payee check method to protect yourself.
YOU SHOULD TAKE APPROPIATE STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR
PROPERTY FROM LIENS.
YOUR PRIME CONTRACTOR AND YOUR CONSTRUCTION
LENDER ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO GIVE YOU WRITTEN
INFORMATION ABOUT LIEN CLAIMS. IF YOU HAVE NOT
