Thank you for helping research utilities on this project. I have attached a PDF file with the pages where, based on the
maps you sent me, I think I am missing information from the design survey. Approximate locations would be helpful.
Qwest and proposed water are shown in bold on the plans.
Sheet 1: 1 have some locate data. It appears there are conduits on the west side of Benson.
Yes. There are 9 3.5" conduits on the west side of Benson. I believe they are concrete encased.
Sheet 2: Looking for where conduits cross the intersection of Benson/Grady. On the west side of Grady, it appears
there may be existing conduits. Are they behind the sidewalk, or along the curb?
There are 9 3.5" conduits which cross at Benson & Grady. I do not know if they are behind the sidewalk or along the
curb. Locates will have to be completed.
Sheet 3: Are there conduits crossing Grady at 3rd? Do you have any info on the structure in the middle of Grady at 3rd
(size, type, orientation)?
My records to not indicate any structure in the intersection of Grady and 3rd. The buildings being fed at this location
are fed from a back alley way feed.
Sheet 4: Looking for an approximate location of conduits crossing Main/4tn
My records indicate that there are 12 conduits which cross Main on the north side of S 4th St. Locates will have to be
completed to determine an approximate location.
Thank you again for your help. The contractor will have locates done before construction. I need this information for
design and bidding purposes.

consuming duplication of effort and will allow PSE to better meet your deadlines.
