When you put a hole into a manhole, the sides of the hole are further back than the top and bottom because of the curvature of the manhole. The patented NPC 4 inch wide stainless steel Korband is able to overcome the curvature of the manhole and provide a watertight seal. tape NPC Pradu- Man 1--d antler. As an example, where a regular boot would require a 60 inch manhole for pipe with a 30 inch O.D., the 306 Series Kor-N-Seal® allows you to use a standard 48 inch manhole with a 5 inch wall. This is possible because of our patented 4 inch wide stainless steel Korband.
