SUBJECT:Additions to ServiceDesk Plus
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-23-191 with Zoho
Corporation. This Amendment authorizes payment of the attached quote, in the amount of
$1,527.66 ($1,385.00 plus sales tax), for additional technician licensing and nodes. The
technician licensing will be used for the Client Technology Services 3and Data Analyst
positions recently added in IT. The 500 additional nodes will be used to begin tracking city-
issued cell phones in the system. These items are pro-rated to align with our current
expiration date of 05/21/2026.
This platform is used by Executive Services and Public Works for internal service requests
and asset management.
