Scott is working on getting the streetlight plan for the civil construction permit. Here’s the list of items required for the pre-con:
* Updated streetlighting plans
* Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (See City Website)
* A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
* A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
* Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed
by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
I expect that plans will be approved this week and permit will be issued after the pre-con (I will be out of town next week so someone else from development engineering will be attending
the pre-con).

I removed the hold on the two building permits as there are only minor items remaining for civil construction permit issuance. I don’t have any objection with building permit issuance.

Huy sent us some great news this morning. It looks like we are approved or soon to be approved for the Civil Permit (C24006327). Can you please remove the hold on B25000163 & B25000372
for us? Dale has also paid the fees.
Once the holds are removed (“Issuance Notice: Civil permit must be approved”), is there anything else we need for these permits to be issued? If not, is there a time we can expect the
permit to be issued?

a couple of comments and one question:
1) On your sheets you are calling this project 'Sunset Highlands' but there is an apartment building across the street by that name. To reduce any risk of confusion, we are just calling
it Sunset Medical Office Bldg
2) The city changed the address from 4409 to ( I think) 4401. I have no idea why. Maybe because there used to be a house on that site with 4409 as the address?
Question: I am going to use the restricted bank/savings account to satisfy the surety requirement. I have the form already. What amount do I need to set that account up for? I have
talked to our bank and they know what it is, so that is good. I just need to know the amount.

The right most pedestrian street light is very close to an existing light pole. Is that one really necessary?
Seems like 2 poles should be adequate.
