On 07-21-2025 at approximately 0700 hours I was working a marked Renton Police
Department patrol in full uniform in the city of Renton, King County, Washington. I responded
to take a report of a hit and run collision that occurred on 7-16-2025 in the Boeing Employees
Parking Lot at N 6th ST and Logan AVE N.
I contacted the reporting party over the phone who was identified as follows:
Anthony A. Garcia (DOB: 06-08-1990 via WADOL)
The victim vehicle was as follows: WA/BGG8908.
Complainant Garcia was the registered owner of the victim vehicle.
Reporting party La informed me of the following: the victim vehicle was parked in the Boeing
Employees parking lot at approximately 1000 hours on the 16th of July, 2025. When they
returned to the vehicle, the left side of the bumper had damage as well as the L quarter
panel. The vehicle was drivable.
Garcia suspected the vehicle that had been parked next to him when he arrived that morning
had been the suspect vehicle. That vehicle was gone when he discovered the damage. He
located the vehicle elsewhere in the parking lot and noticed that it had damage consistent
with the circumstances. Garcia believed that it may have been the vehicle that his vehicle,
though there are no witnesses to the incident.
Garcia confronted the owner of that vehicle who also is an employee of Boeing. That subject
denied any collision and stated he would need to see video evidence.
Garcia has Boeing security working on video already, but they have not provided him the
video yet. I informed him to send me the video if it exists.
The vehicle Garcia suspects hit him is WA/C31991Y, registered to a Cong M. Truong (DOB:
02-21-1998).
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

At the conclusion of this investigation, I had no probable cause that the vehicle Garcia
suspects was the actual suspect vehicle.
I provided Garcia with the case number.
did not observe the vehicle. The above information is strictly what Garcia told me.
This report was written for informational purposes only, pending the acquisition any existing
video surveillance footage.
