NARRATIVE
I submitted a report on Dec. 19th, 2024. At the time I didn't understand that this wasn't an actual report until excepted. Some
additional information to the original report needs to be added. At the time of incident I thought I felt a little nudge or bump
right before the accident occurred. Things happened so fast I wasn't sure if that's what I actually felt. About a week or so after
the accident while talking to the second passenger in my car David Seversen he mentioned he thought he felt a little bump
prior to flying up and coming smashing down on the median and shooting across and winding up on the shoulder. He wasn't
also a 100% sure he actually felt the bump or nudge as everything happened so fast. So by the two of us talking we
confirmed there actually was a nudge or bump prior to flying up on the median. He also said he remembered part of the white
suv's license plate it was CH or CM and couldn't make out the third letter which he thought was a S or a 5. Like I stated earlier
I was confused as I thought it was an actual police report i had filled out. The insurance company was having trouble locating
the report so I contacted Renton police and they explained about the report and that i could add supplement information so
the report could be re-reviewed. At the time of the incident there were no known injuries.
