NARRATIVE
We were on Logan Ave S. I was turning left on a one-way street (S Third St)with a green light, and all of the sudden a red car
ran a red light going straight and hit the right front bumper of my car and drove away in front of the Smoking Monkey pizza
shop. I took a photo of the car, but the license plate wasn't shown and I'm not sure what the brand of the car was. Now my
front bumper is broken, has a medium scratch, and the section near the light got dented. My car also leaked out all of the
windshield washer solution.
