The Parcel 3664500165, which currently has a site area of approximately 46,575, is being
proposed to be divided into 3 parcels. The property is zoned as R-4.
The site has a current use of Single-Family Residential. Existing on the property is a 1,000 sq ft
Single-Family Residence and a 500 sq ft attached garage.
On the 2 newly created parcels, we are proposing to build 1 new SFR on each parcel.
Construction Cost is TBD.
The proposed new size of the newly created parcels and ROW dedication are as follows:
Lot 1 - 14,281 sq ft.
Lot 2 - 10,299 sq ft.
Lot 3 - 10,511 sq ft.
ROW Dedication - 11,485 sq ft.

There are no Critical Areas on-site or any nearby that would affect the project.
