On 7/25/2025 1 Was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for
the City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision which had occurred
around 0720 hours near the intersection of S 15th St and Talbot Rd S Renton/King/WA. Salina A
Duong DOB: 4/8/1992 was calling to report she was no injured and she had suspect information.
I called Salina and she advised that she was driving her 2024 Toyota Rav4 WA/C1R0306 north on
Talbot Rd S. She said that she was in the#2 lane at a full stop for a red light when she was struck
from behind. Salina said that she was not injured but she is pregnant and may seek medical
attention later.
Salina said that after she was hit the other driver exited his vehicle and said they should move to
a nearby parking lot. Salina said that as she entered the parking lot, she saw the suspect vehicle,
a black 2011 Toyota Corolla WA/CNZ3782, do a U-turn and head south on Benson Rd S.
Salina described the suspect driver as an Indian or Middle Easter male, late 30s to early 40s,
5-10 to 6-00 tall, medium build, black hair, brown eyes.
Salina said there was minor damage to her rear bumper and the damage to the Corolla will be on
the front bumper.
Salina said that a witness took photographs of the vehicle and driver before he fled the scene. I
sent her an Axon Link and the picture was too blurry to positively identify the suspect driver.
The registered owner of the Corolla is a Wahidullah Faizi DOB 9/1/1991, he is described as a
middle eastern male, 34 years old, 5-09 tall, 189 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes.
I performed a LiNX check and there were no records for the registered owner of the Corolla.
I completed a photo montage using DOL photographs from the Department H drive.
At 1050 hours Officer Lurco showed the montage to Salina at her place of employment at 1217

Salina was not able to positively identify the suspect driver.
I sent an RPD Hit and Run Notification Letter to the DOL address of the suspect vehicle
This case is closed.
Nothing further.
