On 07/25/2025 at 1545 hours I was dispatched to SE Petrovitsky RD/109th Ave SE, in the City of Renton, King
County,Washington. I was responding to a call of a non-injury, non-blocking accident. This incident was
captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not
an exact sequence of events.
At approximately 1553 hours, I arrived on scene located the two involved vehicles. Both Unit 1 and Unit 2
vehicles had moved off the roadway and were parked in a vacant parking lot just south of the above
referenced intersection.
I identified Unit 1 as a black 2006 Ford F150(WA LIC#D77193B) being driven by the registered owner of
the vehicle, identified by his WA DL as Evan A Snowden (DOB 03/01/1963).
Unit 1 driver told me he was not injured. I asked Unit 1 driver what happened, he stated that as he was
stopped at the end of 109th Ave SE, setting up to turn westbound on SE Petrovitsky RD. Unit 1 driver said that
as he started his turn, and was crossing eastbound lanes of travel on SE Petrovitsky RD, Unit 2 vehicle (who
was driving eastbound on SE Petrovitsky RD), collided with the driver side of his vehicle.
I observed damage on the driver side of Unit 1 vehicle, near the 'B' column between the driver door and rear
passenger door.
Unit 1 driver provided me with his WADL, registration and proof of insurance.
I identified Unit 2 as a maroon 2010 Subaru Legacy(WA LIC#444ZOR) being driven by Unit 2 driver, identified
by his WA DL as Stephen J Woodward (DOB 07/17/1966).
Unit 2 driver told me he was not injured. I asked Unit 2 driver what happened, he stated that as he was
traveling eastbound on SE Petrovitsky RD,from 108th Ave SE, Unit 1 vehicle attempted to cross eastbound
lanes of travel from 109th Ave SE. Unit 2 driver said that though he saw Unit 1 vehicle enter the roadway, he
was unable to stop his vehicle in time prior to colliding with the driver side of Unit 1 vehicle.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

I observed damage to the front right bumper/headlight area of unit 2 vehicle.
Unit 2 driver provided me with his WADS, registration and proof of insurance.
I took photographs of both vehicles at the scene along with the sustained vehicle damage to each unit. All
photos were later uploaded to Axon Evidence.All observed damage was consistent with the version of events
provided both Unit 1 and Unit 2 drivers.
I provided each involved unit with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions.
I then cleared the scene.
This ends my report.
