On 07/27/2025 at approximately 0032 hours, I was patrolling the downtown corridor and passing Hardie
Ave S and SW 7th St in the City of Renton, County of King, and the State of Washington.
Approaching the intersection, 1 observed a green Honda Civic (LIC CJZ3941) parked across the sidewalk
walkway and grass barrier,facing westbound onto Hardie Ave S.
Outside the vehicle was a black mate who was later identified as DRAMMEH, IBRAHIMA(DOB
07-10-1986)and verified via WA DOL.The vehicle was not running, keys were not in the ignition and
Drammeh was outside of the vehicle.
Drammed stated his friend,that he only knows by"Jacob",was driving his vehicle and they were out
getting Dominoes.As they were driving back,Jacob hopped the initial curb in the main parking lot, lost
control and launched the car onto the big grass divider. Driver Jacob was not on scene when I arrived and
Drammed explained that he ran off. It should be noted that nothing on scene, observations and the state
of the vehicle, corroborated the story of there being a secondary driver as Drammed was explaining to
me.There were pizza boxes along with various items in the front seat predating the pizza purchase,
meaning there was no passenger occupant and various items in the back taking up all back seats,
signifying that there was no one seated in the back seats either.
Examining the grass curb,there was slight damage to one of the southeast facing sprinklers, directly
in-front of the Dominoes.Speaking to employees,they stated they are not aware whose property is the
grassy divider and do not believe that is a part of their property.
No other damage was observed.
Drammed requested a personal tow and left the scene with the tow company.
Pictures of the damaged sprinkler were taken and later uploaded to AXON.
My involvement in this case was captured on my department-issued Axon body camera.This report is a
summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been
paraphrased and summarized.At the time of this call, I was in a full police uniform equipped with a
Renton Police badge and police patches.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
