The following occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise stated.
During this incident 1 was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident I was wearing a department issued uniform or jump
suit and outer carrier vest which was marked with "Police"both on the front, back, and
department patches on each shoulder of the uniform or jumpsuit, as well as a Renton Police Velcro
badge on my►eft chest. It would be immediately obvious to any reasonable person that I was a
Police Officer.
On 7/30/2025 at 0801 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run report that occurred at the
intersection of Jefferson Ave NE and NE 3rd St.
I called the victim, identified as Michelle E. Doiron (DOB: 10/26/1973), and asked what happened.
Doiron stated that she was stopped at a red light on Jefferson Ave NE facing South preparing to
perform a lefthand turn in the #2 lane. Doiron stated that she was the 3rd vehicle in the stack with a
white sedan (UNK make/model) in front of her. Doiron stated that while stopped, the white sedan in
front of her suddenly reversed, struck the front bumper of her 2017 Chrysler Pacifica (WA LP:
CGE2027) with their rear bumper, and then proceeded to go around the 1st vehicle in the stack and
run the red light. Doiron stated that the suspect vehicle was last seen fleeing East on NE 3rd St.
Doiron stated that the license plate for the vehicle was AWL2160 which returned to a Porche
Cayanne. This did not match the vehicle description she gave, however, we had a concurrent incident
involving a white 1994 Honda Accord bearing WA LP AML2160.
This vehicle was involved in a vehicle prowl at 1795 NE 44th St at 0732 hours. The suspect(s) in that
case were being tracked to 4506 NE 7th PI via the victims Apple Airpods at around 0756 hours, which
is 6 minutes after this hit and run collision occurred. Based upon time and proximity, I suspect that
the suspect vehicle in this case is likely the 1994 Honda Accord (WA LP: AML2160).
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Doiron stated that she would not be able to identify a suspect in this case and that the damage was
minimal, only denting her front license plate with no noticeable damage to her vehicle's bumper.
I later confirmed that the suspect vehicle was bearing the WA LP AWL2160 via FLOCK. This license
plate returns to a Porche Cayanne but was affixed to a white Honda sedan. Seattle Police later
contacted the owner of the license plate and confirmed that it was stolen.
