In September of 2001, your contractor removed the survey stick off of our property to do
construction work in front of the house. October 19, 2001, I had contacted Mr. Lasglo at
(425) 430-7207 regarding this. I was told that he will talk to the subcontractor to restore
the survey stick. Again, I called on 10/25/01 and was told that he will contact the
subcontractor. I called again 11/6/01 and 11/20/01 concerning this issue. As to this date,
I have not received any progress to this issue. Attached, I am providing a copy of an
invoice to show that we had paid over two thousand dollars to have our property
surveyed. In addition to restoring the survey stick, I also need to get a certification from
the city that the survey stick is put back accurately to it's proper position.

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR NEW WATER METER ON LOGAN
AVE. S., JUST NORTH OF S. 2ND STREET
CAG 01-043
The City of Renton will be installing two (2) new water meters on Logan Ave. South, just north
of South 2nd Street. These water meters will measure water flow to the Boeing Company's
Renton Plant. The water meters will be installed on the east and west sides of Logan Ave. S.,
located halfway in the roadway and the sidewalk.
Approximate locations of new water meters:
East vault: Between House # 126 and # 116
West vault: Between Tony's Teriyaki and House # 129
Construction will begin June 18, 2001, and will be completed by the middle of July 2001.
Construction hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. No work is
scheduled for weekends.
During the construction, access to your residence/business will be maintained. Access to
Washington Mutual Bank's drive -through lane will be maintained as well. Temporary lane
closure will occur, but traffic will be maintained in both north- and southbound directions.
