THIS DEMOLITION PLAN IS INTENDED TO AID THE CONTRACTOR DURING THE BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DEPICT EACH AND EVERY ELEMENT OF DEMOLITION. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING THE DETAILED SCOPE OF DEMOLITION AND FOR THE DEMOLITION, REMOVAL, OR RELOCATION OF ITEMS IN CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. 2. DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES AND SYSTEMS SUPPLYING UTILITIES TO BE ABANDONED OR DEMOLISHED SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO OTHER SITE DEMOLITION IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES, REGULATIONS, AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE UTILITY HAVING JURISDICTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION WITH THE UTILITY, PAYMENT OF I: 8+53.64 ASSOCIATED FEES AND PROCUREMENT OF ALL NECESSARY PERMITS. 7. PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF MATERIALS OVER EXISTING UTILITY SYSTEMS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL I DOCUMENT EXISTING CONDITIONS AND, IF DIFFERENT FROM CONDITIONS AS REPRESENTED ON THE PLANS, NOTIFY THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND OBTAIN DIRECTIONS AS TO THE APPROPRIATE 1403 ACTION(S) TO BE TAKEN. 398.78 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO EXISTING ON -SITE UTILITY DISTRIBUTION CONC IE 394.18 (WNW) FACILITIES THAT ARE TO REMAIN. CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE ALL REQUIRED CONSTRUCTION PERMITS. ANY PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING PAVEMENT SECTION UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. 10. FOR ALL UTILITIES TO BE RELOCATED, THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE INTERRUPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER. 11. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO SAFEGUARD THE SITE AS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE DEMOLITION IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS AT ANY TIME. 12.
