Regarding the performance bond, as shown in the screenshot below, could you please have the applicant sign the form as well?
Also, could you provide the contact information (name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing,
if applicable?
Since this is a Superfund site with contaminated soils, special protective measures will be required. We haven’t assigned a construction inspector yet, but we will have one confirmed
for you by early next week.

* Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (See City Website)
* A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
* A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
* Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed
by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
The Invoice (#00144236) for the Civil Construction Permit is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the
First Floor of City Hall prior to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid.
