Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 08/01/2025, at approximately 0633 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report at 445 SW
Langston PL in the City of Renton,while I was employed as a uniformed Patrol for the City of
Renton, County of King, State of Washington. The reporting party advised that overnight, his
parked vehicle was hit.
I spoke with the reporting party, advised by his WADOL photo as SAARIS, REID DEVIN (DOB
07/27/1982). He stated that the last time he saw his vehicle was last night, but he didn't specify
the exact time.This morning, at approximately 0630 hours, he noticed his car had damage to the
front left bumper/fender. He is unsure whether the vehicle is still drivable and does not know the
cost of repair.
The vehicle was described as a silver, 2006 Pontiac Vibe, bearing WA plate ABE7870, registered
to his wife POTOK, NATALIA. She is aware of the incident.
Currently, Reid has no information about the suspect or the vehicle. His neighbor has video
surveillance that would point at where his car was parked,which was on the street in front of his
house. 1 spoke with that neighbor, and she will contact me if she's able to locate the incident.
She has said her husband did check and did not see anything, but will check again.
If suspects are identified, Reid would like to press charges.
I took photos of the damaged car and uploaded them as evidence.
