Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 08/01/2025 at approximately 0830 hours, I was contacted by phone at the Traffic Office by
Constancia R. Rodarte (DOB: 11/10/1955). Rodarte said she was involved in a traffic collision on
7/30/2025 at approximately 1630 hours in the 1000 block of Garden Avenue N in the city of
Renton, King County,Washington.
Rodarte wanted to make a late report to document the incident for insurance purposes. I asked
Rodarte to email me the pertinent information and a synopsis of the event.
Rodarte drove a blue 2023 Nissan Ariya (WA/CPD5914) and the other driver, Thomas A. Lane
(DOB: 08/03/1998), drove a white 2019 Subaru Impreza (WA/CJK5756).
The following is a synopsis of events Rodarte sent me via email:
I was driving North bound on Garden merging onto left turning lane, no cars were visible
in the lane, then and our cars collided. My rt front fender was slightly damaged and his
Left passenger rear door was slightly dented and scratched. He was in a hurry and we
both took pictures and information and got out of the way of traffic.
I did not examine either vehicle or contact Lane about the incident. I cannot verify these events.
This report is for documentation only.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
