Narrative
*This incident was captured on my body worn video camera. This report is a summary of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and
summarized. *
The following occurred within the City of Renton, WA and was recorded on my body worn camera.
On 08/01/2025 at around 1757 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report located at NE 4th ST
and 156th Ave NE. Call notes stated: **FONE** 30 AGO, HIT AND RUN, RP HAS SORE BACK, DECLINE
AID.. DASHCAM VIDEO OF MVA..
I called and spoke with the victim driver/RO, Jesse Bradley. He mentioned that he was driving East on
NE 4th ST nearing the listed intersection in lane 1 of 2. A White Dodge Avenger (Plate T1342390,
Unknown State) collided with the rear of Jesse's 2012 Acura MDX bearing WA LIC CMU6244 causing
minor damage
Jesse stated the suspect driver was a Hispanic male in his 40's. After the collision the suspect driver
immediately fled East on NE 4th ST. A witness behind the RP captured the event on their dash
camera. That witness priovided his info to Jesse as Nik 425.529.7501.
The collision left small dents/scratches on his rear bumper. Jesse complained of a sore back but
declined any medical aid. Jesse was unsure at this time if he wished to pursue charges if the suspect
driver is identified. Jesse was only able to describe the suspect driver as a Hispanic male in his 40's.
I was unable to get any return for the suspect plate that Jesse provided.

I provided Jesse with the case number.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
