Officer Narrative
Narrative
Unit 2 was traveling South up SW Victoria St when approaching the Victoria apartments Unit 1 was backing out
of the apartment onto Victoria St and hit Unit 2. Unit 1 then pulled back into the parking lot of the apartment
building and unit 2 pulled over on SW Victoria St. Unit 1 then came up to unit 2 and stated sorry then got into
another vehicle and left the location. I spoke to the registered owner of the vehicle who said he borrow the
vehicle to a friend 30 minutes ago but did not know his information.
Both Units were given the case number as reference and Unit 2 is going to contact his insurance for further
guidance.
