On August 7, 2025, at 1653 hours dispatch requested that I respond to a collision involving a parked fire truck
at Walmart 743 Rainier Ave S, in the city of Renton, county of King, and state of Washington.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the following Fire Fighters: Clair O'Brian,Jeremy Tucker, and Nathan Risen.They
told me that while attending to an aid call involving a double amputee,they observed unit 1 strike the sidestep
to their unattended Fire Truck(WA/D2815C).The sidestep sustained no damage, but they requested that I
document the incident.
I then spoke with the driver of unit 1, a 2024 Chevy Malibu (WA/CLZ3992).The driver, identified by their
WADL as Fedora L. Mamea (04/14/2003), explained she was attempting to park in a stall located near the fire
truck. While readjusting,they moved too far forward and struck the fire trucks sidestep.The fire truck was
parked in the aisle.The Chevy Malibu only sustained a small scuff to the front bumper.
I provided all the involved parties with my contact information and case number.An exchange of information
was not provided to the involved parties because they only requested that this incident be documented.
