SUBJECT:Lenel SSA Software Renewal: Airport
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-23-198 with Entrance
Controls. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 91860-5, in the amount of
$1,932.73 ($1,752.25 plus tax), for the renewal of Lenel SSA Software.
The Lenel System manages the ID security badge system at the Airport.

SCOPE OF WORK
Entrance Controls will provide the following:
1) Renew Dongle# 119289 through 7-15-2026.
2) Upgrade the customer to 8.3xxx
3) The upgrade will be done during normal business hours.
4) ECi will do the upgrade on T&M. ECI included 8hrs. Any additional time will be billed on T&M at a rate of
$170 per hour. Any hours not used will be refunded back to the customer.
