HomeMy WebLinkAboutPN_Narrative_Koerner Tree RemovalRequest for Routine Vegetation Management Permit I’m submitting this request for a permit to remove a dead and hazardous tree from my property. I’m the homeowner of a single family residence, and this action is not related to any construction, improvements, or development of my lot. There is no project name for this action. The tree is very close to the SW corner of the house, about 5 feet away. It is clearly dead, and presents a current fire hazard and future fall hazard. The tree in question is a pine tree approximately 60 feet high, with two large main trunks about 21 inches in diameter each, branching about 5 feet off the ground from a central solitary trunk about 40 inches in diameter. Next to this tree is another pine about 18 inches in diameter which is healthy and not affected and will remain in place. Also in the front yard are two more pine trees, 26 inches and 14 inches in diameter. In the back yard is another 20 inch diameter pine, and a 17 inch diameter birch. All of the other trees are healthy and not to be removed.
