On 8/8/2025 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for
the City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision which had occurred
prior at Walmart located at 743 Rainier Ave S Renton/King/WA. Kimblery L Lastant DOB:
10/27/1959 was calling to report that someone had hit her silver 2010 Pontiac Vibe
WA/CTT4457.
I called Kimberly per her request and asked her what happened, she said that she parked her
vehicle in the Walmart parking lot in the handicap stalls directly in front of the store around 1430
hours. She said that she returned at 1615 hours to find that her passenger side rear bumper had
been damaged.
Kimberly did not have any suspect information, but she said she told Walmart Security who told
her to file a police report.
Kimblery said that her vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the collision, she had no suspect
information, and she did not currently have any insurance in the vehicle.
On 8/12/2025 1 went to Walmart and reviewed surveillance footage with Asset Protection. We
were not able to locate any footage of the collision.There are no witness accounts currently.
I attempted to call Kimberly back and received no answer.
This case is closed.
