ALL WATER HEATER PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES AND DRIP PAN OVERFLOWS TO BE HARD PIPED TO SEWER SYSTEM OR TERMINATE AT EXTERIOR GRADE PER CODE.

FURNISH SEPARATE FEES AND PERMIT FOR DEFERRED PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
CONFIRM FINAL LOCATION OF ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (INDOOR AND OUTDOOR) WITH OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALL.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
FURNISH SEPARATE FEES AND PERMIT FOR DEFERRED PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL CONDUCTOR, DISCONNECTS AND DEVICES FOR HVAC SYSTEMS.
