Narrative
On 08/15/2025, Kayla's unoccupied vehicle was parked on the street and at approximately 2215 hours, a silver
4 door SUV hit the left rear passenger door/bumper area with its front bumper. The SUV fled the scene and did
not provide an exhange of information. The incident was captured on the Ring camera at the dispatched
address, but Kayla said the driver and the vehicle license plate were unidentifiable. Kayla took photos of the
cosmetic damage to her vehicle and agreed to send me the photos and Ring video through an Axon
evidence.com link.
At the time of this report, the suspect and suspect vehicle were not located.
