I If the Project, or any portion of the Project. is an installation, improvement, or fixture placed on City property, the City reserves the right to alter, remove or l relocate the Project, or that portion thereof, at the City's sole discretion, upon reasonable notice, and without removal cost to you. The City cannot provide grant funds to a plicants who fail to obtain permits, licenses, approvals and other permissions required by federal, state, o local laws. This Agreement shall not be construed as providing permission for use of City park, or as otherwise per itting or licensing any activity requiring a permit.

The City funds are to be exclusively used toward approved expenses listed in the attached Exhibit �· Disbursements will not be made to individuals, only to the officially recognized Neighborhood or its design1e. Location: Grassy Park at the corner of 35th and Monterey Court in LaCrosse
Length of Time: 8 hrs, set-up, NUSA/movie, & clean up. Residents will arrive at 7:45pm - 10pm
Working with: Volunteers, HOA, City of Renton Neighborhood Programs, FunFlicks Movie Rental
Why: It draws our neighborhood & others nearby closer together by creating a inclusive community
The hardest challenge LaCrosse HOA has is recruiting volunteers to the Board that are diverse.
We currently have an all white Board of 5. Our neighborhood is 60% Asian, 30% white, 10% other.
It would be nice to recruit member that reflect our community. Planning these events allows us the
opportunity to recruit.
A committee has been organized to help with the vision of the event, the action items needed to comple
before (decide on a movie, activities, etc), during (set-up, oversee activities, etc) and after (clean-up).
The committee also recruits volunteers. We normally remind high schoolers on the neighborhood that

Volunteer match: Food Bank Donation = $500 Event planning - 8hrs x 2 people x $30 = $480
Event Prep - 4hrs x 2 people x $30 = $240, Event Set-up: 2hrs x 6 people x $30 = $360
