There is no major construction proposed for this project. The only planned modification is the
removal of certain non-load-bearing drywall sections to reconfigure interior rooms for
educational and community use. This minor interior work will be completed prior to occupancy
and will not require long-term staging, large equipment, or exterior construction.
Construction Start/End Dates: TBD – short-term, expected within 1–2 weeks upon approval.
Work Hours: Standard weekday business hours only; no weekend construction.
Hauling Routes: No heavy hauling is anticipated.
Dust/Noise/Mitigation: Dust will be contained during drywall removal. No excavation or sitework
is planned.
Traffic Control: Not applicable.
