This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 08/14/2025 at approximately 1438 hours, myself, Officer R.Watson,was dispatched to a
collision, at the intersection of East Valley RD and SW 41 st ST,within the City Limits of Renton,
County of King, State of Washington.
Dispatch notes stated two vehicles were involved, no injuries and they pulled into Crash
Champions.
I arrived on scene and observed two vehicles pulled into Crash Champions each in a parking
spot.
Unit#1 driven by Alexander C. Stiles (DOB 09/15/1996)verified by WADOL photo, stated that he
was driving a Gray 2012 Volkswagen Jetta,WA plate#CPL4515. He said he was traveling
northbound on East Valley RD in the number one lane preparing to turn onto SR 167,when he
Looked down to change his radio and collided into the back of unit#2 at a low rate of speed.
Alexander said he had no injuries and declined aid.When I asked for his license, registration and
insurance for the exchange of information he was able to provide me with the proper information
and documentation. Unit#1 had no noticeable damage, no air bag deployment and was able to
be driven away from the scene.
Unit#2 driven by Suzanne H. Cox(DOB 08/25/1977)verified by WADOL photo, stated she was
driving a Black 2020 Audi A6,WA plate#BWP3535. She said she stopped in the number one lane
northbound due traffic being stopped, preparing to turn onto SR167 when unit#2 collided with
her at low speed. Suzanne said she had no injuries and declined aid.When I asked for her
License, registration and insurance for the exchange of information she was able to provide all
the documentation. Unit#2 had shad minor scratches on the rear bumper, no air bag
deployment and was able to be driven from the scene.
An exchange of information was completed and provided to each party. Pictures were taken of
