A Determination of Non-Significance  was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on June 23, 2025. The appeal period  July 7, 2025, no appeals of the threshold determination  filed. We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-090.
