Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project along with the Hearing Examiner’s Decision for Shoreline Conditional Use, Shoreline Variance
and Street Standards Modification by the City of Renton Hearing Examiner on August 6, 2025. A Determination of Non-Significance was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee
on June 23, 2025. The appeal period July 7, 2025, no appeals of the threshold determination filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-090. Please review this permit and attachments and contact me at jding@rentonwa.gov
