This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 6 to CAG-19-323 with Tyler
Technologies. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 130-150943, in the amount
of $4,104.56, for the annual maintenance renewal of Brazos eCitation System. Renewal
dates are 12/01/2024 – 11/30/2025.
The Police Department uses this software to issue parking citations.
Please note that this packet was originally processed in 2024as a TAG packet, but should
have remained an Amendment to CAG-19-323. This packet is for correction purposes only.
