NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 8th day of September
2025, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor
Council Chambers of Renton City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the
following:
Adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Release of Sewer Easement
recorded under King County Recording number 20171208000184,
located between 152nd Ave SE and 154th Ave SE. Petitioner: Conner
Homes, File No. RE-25-001.
This meeting is also being offered as a virtual meeting by the Renton City Council on September
8, 2025, at 7 p.m. by means of a Zoom video-conference web application. For those wishing to

email address to Judith Subia, Chief of Staff, at jsubia@rentonwa.gov or by calling 425-430-
6501 by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, so that the meeting information can be
provided to you prior to the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic
can be submitted to cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on September 8, 2025.
