NARRATIVE
I, the driver and owner of the Honda Civic, arrived at my friend's house on Elma Ave NE on July 16th at 6PM. I parked on the
left-hand side of the street in the neighborhood with the passenger side (or right side of the vehicle)facing the street. The
next evening, on July 17th at 5PM, I arrived at the car and noticed that it had been damaged (as pictured in the provided
images). The passenger door is unable to open from the outside of the car.
Neighbors were unable to identify or provide any information regarding the hit-and-run.
